Open Window

Through the open window,
The Sun is on a torrid dance,
As my house neatly shields me.
Summer is when the Sun is king!

Through the open window,
Pour the clouds their piggy-banks,
While the shoots are shooting up.
Winter is when romances rule!

Through the open window,
Whistles the pleasant, sweeping wind,
Carrying all the sweetest sounds.
Spring is when Nature nurtures!

Through the open window,
Falls the leaf, worn and shunned
Its life long robbed of meaning.
Autumn is when the past is pleasant.
